As a seasoned Realtor® with over a decade of experience, Denise has a proven record of successfully helping clients purchase and sell properties in a variety of price points, locations and markets. A native North Texan, Denise particularly enjoys working with those relocating to the area. Her expertise in marketing and staging, local area knowledge, assessment of home values, and negotiating skills have led to real results often exceeding her client’s expectations. Denise respectfully recognizes the significant financial and emotional aspects of real estate that buyers and sellers experience and understands each client's situation is unique.

Prior to working in real estate, Denise spent nearly 10 years in interior space planning and custom design.
